Reflection:

This project helped me better understand why it is so important to incorporate activities into the classroom while teacher, but also giving students the tools to take responsibility in engaging with activity for lifelong success in activity and sport. Looking back at my quote in my intro post, “I believe movement in any form, regardless of age, gender, and body type, is essential in maintaining mental well-being. As an educator, if we can encourage and implement a quick, effective way to get rid of stress for students, it will not only mentally and physically benefit them, but also make school and learning more enjoyable.” I fully support and back it. Throughout this learning process I have learned of many different resources and ways to support students in the classroom while further following my goals of the project.
